PMBRC to host Particle Sizing SchoolMalvern Mastersizer 2000 (liquid unit) in the PMBRC.
The PMBRC are pleased to host the annual particle sizing school run by Particular Sciences on October 6-7, 2010. The school covers laser diffraction techniques, the standard method for routine analysis in the pharmaceutical industry. While there will be a theoretical aspect to the training, there will be a strong emphasis on practical, hands-on use of the equipment. The PMBRC has two Malvern Mastersizer laser diffraction units set up for powder and liquid analysis which will be used during the course.
